hhhhmmm....So who am I???? I am a self proclaimed food connossiour, I eat, I cook and yes I love food. In the first place, who in this planet doesn’t? Other than my love for shoes, food comes second place in my heart.
If you ask me if I had a formal training in culinary? The answer is no! At an early age of 10, I was already messing around our kitchen. To borrow the famous pinoy quote "Pinabayaan po ako sa Kusina!" In my younger years, cooking was a trial and error, but through time I have learned to sharpen my kitchen skills.
So 'til this day, I am armed with a kitchen knife, my daily set of fresh ingredients, the kaserola and kalan in my kitchen that automatically transforms me as a palate explorer ready to conquer the amazing world of food.
Now aside from the inspiration of food..food...and food, my biggest pleasure as a foodie "that cooks" is the satisfaction of my two lovely girls enjoying my dishes, plus I get the bragging rights of "Mommy-cooks-yummy-food" from my kids. Speaking of my girls, check the pic below. These two are my younger sisters...'este daughters. :-P
